Eitan Sorek

Eitan Sorek studied voice at the Royal Conservatory of The Netherlands in The Hague and sung professionally for several years with various European ensembles and participated in numerous CD productions for Sony Classical, Naxos and Harmonia Mundi.  In 2002 he founded Sorek Artists Management, now based in Berlin, which specialises in representing singers and stage directors in the opera and concert fields.

He is regularly invited to give audition training workshops for young singers in music institutions and international opera studios (including Berlin, Zürich, Amsterdam, Den Haag, Copenhagen, Oslo) and is a recurring jury member and prize sponsor of the International Cesti Competition at the Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik.

He is a member of the educational forum of the Royal Conservatory of The Netherlands, formed to improve and fine-tune its education programme to the constant changing market needs.  Eitan Sorek also collaborates with the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin for its evaluation programme.
